Meditation

We value

Yoga

A powerful practice that can help us connect with ourselves, others, nature, and the divine. By embracing our interconnectedness, we can find peace and harmony in our lives.

Pranayama

Pranayama is the practice of controlling your own vital energy or life force through conscious breathing. By achieving a state of complete mindfulness, one can expand their energy and remove themselves from the duality of existence.

Art & Movement

Life is shaped by change and movement; that is the element that unites all living beings. Art is an expression of existence and of nature itself. Local and traditional art forms (music, paintings, crafts) will always have a place in the retreats.

Meditation

By cultivating a sense of curiosity towards the workings of the mind, one can achieve a greater sense of inner peace through the regular practice of meditation. It is best done on an empty stomach on early mornings.

Nutrition

We take pride in offering a menu of mouth-watering and wholesome plant-based dishes at all retreats, based on the principles of Ayurveda. Making sure to have access to a wide selection of fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, in order to provide a well-rounded diet that nourishes both the body and mind.

Conscious Tourism

As responsible travelers, it is important to approach our journeys with mindfulness and respect for the cultures, religions, and environments we encounter. By embracing authenticity and empathy, we can create meaningful connections and embody a true spiritual practice.

At Blues, we extend a warm welcome to women seeking a travel experience that allows them to deepen their spiritual studies. Our aim is to help women tap into their higher selves and implement those qualities in real-life experiences. We strive to create an where you can make peace your mind and embark on a journey of self-dis.
